For a number of years I’ve found it interesting that many who consider themselves to be educated feel science and the belief in a creator to be incompatible. My feelings are that nothing could be more compatible. I have a number of college hours in chemistry, biology, zoology, human anatomy, and kinesiology at both the under graduate and graduate levels. One of my sons has a master’s degree in applied mathematics, and is close to a PhD in math. His undergraduate degree is in math, with a minor is computer technology. We embrace science, technology and mathematics in our family, yet we are all firm believers in the existence of the God of the Bible as Creator and Master of all. Our beliefs have been strengthened by an increased knowledge of both the order and the complexity of this world in which we live.
You do realize, don’t you, that man has not invented the principles of math and science that so richly improve our daily lives. Not at all. Man has merely discovered these principles. The very principles that control all of the Universe. The Universe that God established.
If you feel science must be able to explain this God that I am referring to in order for you to accept the existence of a Creator, then I’m afraid that you are out of luck. You see, science will never be able to explain God. I promise you, however, God………….. God can explain science.
